Program Instructor
We are seeking a Program Instructor to join the Vista “New Heights” team.
Responsibilities for a Program Instructor include:
- Providing opportunities for program participants to practice daily living skills via social, group, recreational, and community-based activities
- Supporting and encouraging program participants to reach key goals and milestones in their journey towards independence
- Assisting in the skills-building evaluation process and providing appropriate trainings
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of related experience
- Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
Job Type/Shift Information: This is a Full-Time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
This is a Benefits and PTO (Paid Time-Off) eligible position.
Hourly Rate: $19.00

A program of Vista Life Innovations, New Heights is a Post-Secondary Training/Day Services program for neurodiverse adults located at 101 West Broad Street in Pawcatuck, CT. This Vista designed and led program offers curriculum-driven instruction Monday through Friday, from approximately 9am to 3pm.
