Human Services Summer Staff
We are seeking temporary staff to work during the summer months in our life skills, recreation, and job coaching program areas along the CT shoreline from Guilford, CT to Old Saybrook, CT.
We can offer Part-Time or Full-Time temporary hours.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a college student looking to gain experience in the Education/Instruction, Human Services, Occupational Therapy or Social Work fields, teachers or paraprofessionals looking for summer work, or for those looking to build on their interest or experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
Summer Staff may provide coverage in any/all areas listed below:
- Life Skills Instruction
- Program Instruction
- Job Coaching
- Student Support Counseling
- Recreational and Arts Programming
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of related experience. Examples of experience can be internships, peer groups in school, previous community and/or volunteer experiences or experience with recreation and art.
- Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record

Hourly Rate: $18.50, plus eligible mileage reimbursement
