Part-Time Job Coach

We are seeking a Part-Time Job Coach to support our members in providing training, coaching, and mentoring at job sites in the surrounding communities. 

Current shift availability:  Part-Time, 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 7:30pm.  We are also staffing for Per Diem shifts.

What is a Job Coach?
Job Coaches assist individuals with disabilities to learn and perform job duties and support the individual during the onboarding process. As neurodiverse employees may take longer to learn or learn in diverse ways, Job Coaches support them in navigating the social and cultural aspects of the workplace. The aim of mentoring is to support the employee to be effective and independent in their role.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys working independently while connecting with people in the local community. The role of a Job Coach is diverse, as no two days are alike. If you are motivated by supporting individuals with disabilities to live an independent life, this rewarding and impactful position will be for you.

Education and Experience Requirements for a Job Coach:  Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma plus one (1) year of related experience

Essential Requirements for a Job Coach include a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Hourly Rate:  $19.00, plus eligible mileage reimbursement
