Why Fenwick?
The Fenwick Junior Program is a fantastic place to work, with a tight-knit community that revolves around its waterfront. The program focuses on beginner and intermediate sailors, with several race days sprinkled throughout the summer to introduce friendly competition. We run two sessions—one in July and one in August, with August typically seeing a few more participants. It’s a rewarding and fun environment to help young sailors build skills and confidence on the water!
