1. Work from April-Oct. April would be part-time to onboard new staff. 
2. Assist the Office in getting everyone’s paperwork in for payroll needs. 
3. Do the scheduling and coordination for all three departments and take attendance. 
a. Call out staff as weather conditions require. 
b. Adjust schedule as team members switch and communicate those changes.
c. Assist the office with payroll (punch in/out) questions when asked. 
d. Notify the office when no staff is available for LG or BM.? Put out NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY sign when necessary and try to utilize other PMs when there are no BMs on duty Fri-Sun. 
4. Hold an orientation for all three departments and meet with anyone who couldn’t attend so we are assured every employee has been acclimated to their job site and understands the expectations of their respective positions. 
5. Communicate with all three departments about their needs and work with GM/Office on getting staff what they need. 
6. Work with Fri-Sun PMs who have questions/situations that happen in evening hours. 
7. Serve as a Park Monitor/Beach Monitor as needed. 
8. Assist with tennis court maintenance as needed. 
9. Create a text thread with all staff.
10. Notify Play Class of any lifeguard deficiencies
