Nautilus Architects Presents “The Art of Giving”

An Evening of Art, Connection and Purpose Benefiting Relief Efforts in Tibet and Nepal

OLD LYME, CONNECTICUT — Nautilus Architects will host The Art of Giving, a one-night celebration of art, design and community, on Friday, November 13, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the firm’s studio at 9 Halls Road in Old Lyme.

The evening will feature a thoughtfully curated exhibition of original and mixed-media work by a select group of regional artists. Guests will have an opportunity to meet the participating artists, experience their work in the intimate setting of the Nautilus Architects studio and purchase pieces from the collection.

“The most meaningful spaces are the ones we share,” said Barbara Arelt of Nautilus Architects. “The Art of Giving reflects our belief that architecture, art and design can bring people together while creating an opportunity to support something larger than ourselves.”

The event will include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and music in an atmosphere designed to encourage conversation and connection among artists, clients, design professionals and members of the shoreline community.

As part of the evening’s charitable mission, one percent of participating art sales will be donated to American Red Cross relief efforts in Tibet and Nepal, with Nautilus Architects matching the amount donated.

Admission is complimentary, and advance reservations are encouraged.
