This webinar with SCORE Mentor Eric Munro looks at the steps in finding customers: first, understanding your target market (the one where you will find the most interest and leads in your product or service); next, learning the methods of marketing that are needed to both promote your business and pull in potential leads (including networking, which may have the greatest potential for generating warm leads, especially if your business offers services); and finally, considering how to engage potential customers in effective ways to match your products or services to their needs.

Eric Munro is a product management, sales, and marketing executive with experience in high-technology businesses, both domestically and internationally. Prior to retiring, Eric was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a telecommunications equipment manufacturer based in Meriden, Connecticut. His career also includes consulting in business management for a division of DeVry University as well as teaching graduate MBA classes where he provided his expertise on project and strategic management.
