Front Desk Associate
Job Function: The Privé-Swiss Fitness & Wellness Member Care Coordinator is a front desk staff position in our Ivoryton & Madison locations which is focused on an efficient and timely collection of information prior to a member or client coming in, as well as supporting the member or client throughout their time with us. He/she works with members and the management team to facilitate the member's fitness, MedSpa & Wellness programing. The Member Care Coordinator possesses excellent oral, written, and computer skills and has a proven track record of functioning independently. The Member Care Coordinator shall meet the qualifications as indicated below and provide excellent customer service.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resourceful team player who can prioritize well, empathize with our members/clients and take initiative to provide exceptional customer service
- Scheduling and confirming member/client programming, managing cancellations, and encouraging rescheduling whenever possible
- Handling new member/client calls or applications; accurately inputting demographic information into MindBody/Boulevard software; assessing concerns to ensure they are booked in the appropriate fitness, MedSpa or wellness program
- Staying informed and being transparent with members/clients about their financial responsibility; collecting any outstanding balances or cancellation fees
- Communicate with members throughout their membership term to assess wants and needs to bring to management team
- Collaborate and communicate with all departments to ensure the members/clients are informed on all Privé-Swiss offerings when conducting periodic follow up calls
- Facilitate needed updates to member/client accounts
- Maintain role as a member/client advocate
- Ensures fitness, medspa and wellness programing remains member/client focused and confidential
- Responding quickly and thoroughly to emails and voicemails from members, clients and coworkers
- Responsible for cleaning/restocking before and after classes, appointments or amenity use
- Participates in educational programs or trainings as requested &/or as appropriate
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years experience in fitness, mental health or human services setting
- Strong social media and computer knowledge
- Wellness/MedSpa/Fitness Software experience - willing to train
- Ability to follow all personnel policies and procedures of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to complete all necessary in-service training & ability to become/obtain CPR, First Aid & Mental Health First Aid

Pay: $20.00 per hour
