Proven Steps to Meditation Course - 8 week course

Learn Real Meditation from the Very Beginning.
The Eight Week Proven Steps to Meditation Course will guide you through Three Basic Stages of learning meditation:
- Let everything become still and silent.
- Concentrate on one thing without forgetting what you are doing.
- Visualize a scene, and hold that image without reacting to it, or being distracted.
Each week will offer a short teaching followed by meditation and Q&A. Each participant will keep a Spiritual Diary for personal development.
