THERE ARE TWO PARTS TO THIS APPPLICATION.

2. CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION.
Limited Booth Space Available! Upon completion of the online application, your work will be reviewed by our Arts & Crafts Committee. You will be notified via email if you've been accepted into the 2021 Festival. If accepted, you will be invoiced the booth fee of $275.00 and may make payment by check or via the provided online payment link.
