Healing Hearts
Adult yoga and healing with horses every Monday at 6:00 – 7:30 PM from February 19th through April 8th. The winter session is small group (up to 6) for adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, loss, or trauma. We’ll do 45 minutes of restorative yoga and mindfulness followed by 45 minutes of unmounted equine work; the focus is on relaxation, reflection, breath work, and mindfulness.
