Check out a copy of the chosen cookbook for the month, make a recipe within the cookbook or inspired by the cookbook & bring it to the meeting for members to sample. This is required to attend.
This month's cookbook is Smithsonian American Table: The Foods, People, and Innovations That Feed Us by Lisa Kingsley in collaboration with Smithsonian Institution.
