Chili Fest 2026

**UPDATE - CHILI FEST POSTPONED**

It is with sincere disappointment that we announce the postponement of the 29th Annual Old Saybrook Chili Fest scheduled for Saturday, February 28, 2026.

Unfortunately, due to the snow storm and the inability to have Main Street fully cleared and safely prepared in time, we cannot move forward with the event this Saturday.

We will communicate updated plans as soon as possible.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2026 | 12 - 3PM

The 29th Annual Old Saybrook Chili Fest is an outdoor event, taking place along Main Street, Old Saybrook. 25 chefs will compete for your vote of "Best Chili"!

Tasting ballots are sold at the Chamber office (1 Main Street) and at ballot stations along Main Street during the event. Ballots permit their holder to sample all of the registered chilis. Mark your ballot with your top choice and return it to a ballot station. A total of 10 chilis must be tasted for your vote to count!

Proceeds support the Chamber's C. Wilfred Hunter Memorial Scholarship for graduating high school seniors attending post-secondary school. In addition, the top three winners earn a donation to their designated charity.
