SCORE Eastern CT (https://www.score.org/easternct), Mentors to America’s Small Businesses, presents a NEW free two-part Small Business webinar series with award-winning brand creator, consultant, and executive coach Lyn Chamberlin.

This two-part series offers a unique opportunity to learn the essentials of building an impactful brand and then apply these essentials to the development of actual small business brands selected from the webinar attendees.

In Part 1 on Tuesday, February 4, 12:00 – 1:30 PM, Lyn Chamberlin will present the essentials of developing a small business brand . Attendees will have the exclusive opportunity to submit their brand for a real-time critique by Chamberlin, who will choose three submissions to work through live in the second session. REGISTER FOR PART 1.

Part 2, Thursday, February 13, 12:00-1:30 PM will be an interactive session highlighting the three small businesses selected from the attendees of the first session. In addition to the businesses chosen for review, all attendees will have the opportunity to witness the brand transformation process in action, learning alongside others and gaining insights to apply directly to their brand. Webinar Presenter Lyn Chamberlin, CEO of The Brand Dame, is a pivotal brand advisor recognized for her work in developing award-winning individual and organizational brands. Her expertise is rooted in the belief that great brands are built on authenticity, clarity, and a profound resonance with key people, communities, and audiences.

Lyn brings a strategic and uniquely creative approach to brand development. With a rich background in senior management across business and academia, her portfolio includes championing brand initiatives at Harvard, Radcliffe, MIT, Antioch, The Longy School of Music at Bard College, Trinity College, Vermont College of Fine Arts, Sarah Lawrence, and The University of New Haven.

Prior to her focus on higher education marketing, Lyn led her own brand consultancy in Boston, working with companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Polaroid, IDG, Navigant Consulting, and Technology Review Magazine, as well as a variety of emerging tech startups and small businesses.

Lyn began her career as a reporter and television producer, earning an Emmy for her series “Women in the Arts.” She played a key role in launching The Monitor Channel, The Christian Science Monitor’s international cable news channel.
