How important is it to have a business plan? Do you know what a SWOT analysis is? Can the two be connected? In this workshop, you will learn the importance of both, what they are used for, what information they should contain, and what they say about your business.

Webinar Presenter Tanisha Baptiste-Bynum is the Lead Outreach and Marketing Specialist and the Veterans Business Development Officer at the U.S. Small Business Administration, Connecticut District Office. She is also a Veteran of the United States Army and holds a Master of Business Administration from the UCONN School of Business.
