Sullivan Financial Advisors, a 20-year firm, seeks a Financial Advisor to join our team. We're on a mission to reach $1 billion in assets under management by specializing in holistic financial planning.
Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive here if you're positive, innovative, client-centric, and eager to grow. We serve Connecticut shoreline women, aged 40-55, with $1M+ investable assets. Experience with this client base is a plus, but a desire to learn is key.
You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:
- Meeting Prep + Follow-ups for advisory team
- Lead on C + D Clients, Second seat on A + B Clients
- Lead on employee education for 401(k) Plan Clients
- Client Financial Data + Model
- Inbound Client (Response) Communication
- Maintain & Build Client Relationships
- Prospect Qualified Clients
- Act as liaison between advisory and operations departments
- Prep and conduct existing client review meetings
- Identify additional opportunities within existing clients
- Prospect within identified client profile through our internal marketing process
- # client outreach check-ins
- # review meetings scheduled + # of review meetings conducted
- # qualified referrals
- # AUM + Insurance premium closed
- Life/disability Insurance and Series 65 (or equivalent) investments licenses
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and have completed a CFP Board-Registered Program (or be near completion)
- Demonstrate an ability to verbalize and write with confidence and clarity
- Excel in working with team members and working individually
- Proven sales track record
- Soft people skills
