DESCRIPTION:GET A TREE !! Trees are our natural defense against the rising temperatures\, frequency of storms and air pollution from carbon emissions. They increase property values and reduce stress.\n\n \n\nIf you want a cooler property that will soak up storm water and remove fine particle pollutants- please plant a tree. Our trees are young and must be transplanted from their 5-15 gallon containers to your property. The funds we raise for this project are donations from citizens who are about building our tree canopy.\n\n \n\nOur next free tree giveaway is October 17\, 10 am   1 pm. You can register for a tree\n\nat www.sostrees.net or via email at sostrees06475@gmail.com by October 1\, 2026.\n\nWe meet the third Saturday of each month at Acton Public Library\, Old Saybrook- 10 am. See you there!
